The Challenge
A therapist launching her private practice needed a digital presence that would immediately connect with and psychologically resonate with potential clients seeking mental health support. The goal was to create an online experience that successfully reduces the anxiety associated with seeking therapy, builds immediate trust, and guides visitors efficiently toward booking consultations.

I engineered the platform using a data-informed framework (The NUMA Framework) where every design and development choice was based on the behavioral psychology of therapeutic client acquisition.
