A complete digital transformation project for Holzmanufaktur BENZ, focusing on strategically redesigning their online presence to reflect their high-end traditional craftsmanship and optimize the client acquisition process.
The Challenge
Holzmanmanufaktur BENZ, a family woodworking business specializing in high-end custom kitchens, bespoke furniture, and complete interior solutions, suffered from an outdated website that failed to convey the quality of their traditional craftsmanship. The challenge was to create a modern digital experience that effectively showcases their wide range of custom work—from individual pieces to full kitchen transformations—while improving the capture of high-value customer leads.
The Solution
I designed and developed a new digital strategy and platform, applying principles of behavioral strategy and conversion optimization to the customer journey. Key aspects of the solution included: Strategic Showcase: Designing a visually rich platform structure that effectively communicates the value of custom, high-end work over mass production. Conversion Path Optimization: Crafting design elements based on research into how customers evaluate high-value, custom purchases, ensuring every interaction guides the user toward qualification. The project is currently in development, with advanced behavioral tracking fully implemented. Early user testing confirms improved engagement patterns and the establishment of clearer customer qualification pathways, streamlining the sales process for high-value bespoke commissions. Full launch and optimization cycle is planned for Q4 2025.
